What is NewForest Rewards
This is our way of showing you our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who Can Join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn Points
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points during the checkout process. The minimum number of points you can redeem is 100, and the maximum is 3,000.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Sign in to your account
At checkout, click ‘Sign In’ and enter your login detail - Enter the number of points to redeem
Once signed in, a box labeled ‘Enter points to redeem’ will appear. Type in the number of points you'd like to use, then click the green ‘Redeem’ button. - Discount applied
Your discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
Note: If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one before placing your order.

How many points can i redeem at checkout?
The minimum you can redeem per order is 100 points (£1 off). The maximum you can redeem per order is 3000 points (£30 off)
When will my points be available to spend?
Your points will be available to spend 14 days after the order date, provided you or the person you referred has not returned their order for a refund.
How do I claim Free Express Delivery?
Stag and White Hart tier UK customers are eligible for free unlimited next-day delivery as part of their tier benefits. This will be added to your account automatically and will remain valid for one year from the date it's added. If you already have unlimited next-day delivery on your account, this won’t be impacted.
To redeem select Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery at the checkout. This should show as free as long as you are logged into your account.
Please note, unlimited next-day delivery is only available to UK customers. It does not apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations.
During peak periods or busy times, the next-day delivery may shift to a priority 1-3 day delivery service.
What are pending points?
Points earned through orders or referrals will show as "Pending" in your account and can be redeemed after 14 days from the date of the purchase or referral.
Points from other activities, such as completing certain actions, will be available to redeem right away.
The reason we keep your points pending is to protect your redeemable points in case you decide to return an item. If you return anything from your order, the points for those specific items will be deducted from your account.
How does refer a friend work?
Referral codes are only valid for new customers. When you refer a friend who hasn’t shopped with us before, they can claim £5 off their first order. If your friend makes a purchase using your referral code, you’ll also receive 500 points
Your friend’s £5 voucher can be redeemed immediately, while your 500 points will become available 30 days after your friend’s order is placed as long as they haven't cancelled or returned their order.
How do birthday points work?
Once you reach the DEER tier or higher, birthday points will be automatically added to your account on your birthday, as long as you've provided your date of birth in your rewards account.
Do returns affect my points?
Yes, if you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
You may also notice pending points in your account. These represent the points tied to any items you’ve indicated you’ll be returning, so they can't be used until the return is processed. Keep in mind that the points are spread across the items returned.
How do I enter the next tier?
The more you spend and the more actions you complete, the closer you'll get to moving up to the next tier. Just keep in mind that the thresholds for each tier are based on annual points, not lifetime points.
How long does NFC rewards run for?
Your NFC Rewards subscription will automatically renew after 12 months from the date you reached your current tier. After a full year, your points will reset. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you when it’s time for renewal, giving you the chance to use any remaining points. You can also track your status directly in your account.
If you’ve earned enough points by the time your subscription renews, you’ll stay in the same tier. If not, you’ll drop down to the tier below. And if no points have been earned, you’ll be reset to the first tier.
Can I redeem points and use a voucher/discount at the same time?
No, you can only use one or the other. If you apply a discount code at checkout, it will overwrite any points you’ve redeemed. So, you’ll need to choose between using your points or the discount code.
Why have I moved down a tier?
Rewards renew after you’ve been in your current tier for 12 months. If, after this period, you haven’t earned enough points to stay in your tier, you’ll move down to the tier below.
Why did my account balance go down?
a) You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
b) Your points expired

Our loyalty scheme is designed to reward our valued customers, but please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
To participate in the loyalty scheme, customers must create an account with us. Points are awarded based on qualifying purchases or actions as defined in the scheme. - Points Accumulation
Points are awarded for qualifying purchases, and the number of points awarded may vary. - Use of Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as specified in the scheme. Points may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. - Expiry of Points
Points are valid for 12 months from the issue date. After this period, any unused points will expire and be removed from your account. - Withdrawal of Points
We reserve the right to withdraw, remove, or cancel any points from your account at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of the terms of this policy. - Termination or Suspension of the Scheme
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without notice. In such cases, any accumulated points may be lost. - Right to Modify Terms
We may amend or update the terms of the loyalty scheme at any time, and any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notification through other means. - Account Termination
If your account is closed or suspended for any reason, any accumulated points may be forfeited.
