How do I know if an item in stock?

We stock hold ALL ITEMS listed on our website at our warehouse. If the item is available to purchase then it is in stock.

If an item is out of stock you can sign up to our stock alert system which will be promoted should an item be out of stock.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order is placed there is a 20-minute window where you can change your order. This includes, changing the item size or colour, changing the delivery address, changing the shipping method or adding or removing items. To make a change please go to your order confirmation email and click on the link in the email. If you haven't received an order confirmation email please check your spam folder. 

If your order is an Instant Exchange or has been placed on Amazon, you will be unable to edit your order. Please contact us as we may still be able to cancel your order.

If the 20 minute window has passed in some cases it may be possible to still make a change. Please call us on 01725 510051 and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note that our phonelines are open 0900-1700 Monday to Friday.

I've not received an order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address you have provided at the checkout.

Please check your spam folder if this has not been received.

How do I track my order?

We offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process, all of which are tracked.

Once your order has been despatched you will received a despatch email conformation. The email will contain a link to the relevant courier's tracking information.

How do I return an item?

Where is my order?

If your order was placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) then we will aim to despatch it the same working day.

If your order was placed after 3pm then we'll despatch it the next working day. Once your order has been collected, We will be in touch with your tracking number, allowing you to track your order to your door.

My Tracking has not updated?

Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

Age Restricted Goods Policy

At New Forest Clothing, we are committed to ensuring that age-restricted goods are only sold to customers aged 18 or over in the UK. We have a thorough verification process in place to comply with legal requirements and maintain responsible retail practices.

How We Verify Your Age:

We use Agechecked.com’s software to verify your age. Simply place your order as usual, and automatic checks will be made. If a check can't be completed, you’ll receive an email from AgeChecked with instructions. AgeChecked does not store personal data after verification.

Delivery Process:
After your age has been confirmed, your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail's Adult Verification delivery service. Upon delivery, the courier will ask to verify your ID to confirm your age. This step is a legal requirement and must be completed before the package can be handed over.
