Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95, Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, 3-4 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.95, Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 1-2 working days
Royal Mail SD Next Day - £7.95 Monday - Saturday delivery, must be ordered before 3.30pm Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) We can't guarantee Saturday delivery to Isle of Man, Jersey, Herm, Sark and Alderney.
Royal Mail Express Free Delivery - Available for all UK Mainland orders over £200, Monday - Friday, 1-2 working days when ordered before 3.30pm
APC Express - £5.95, Order before 3pm Monday-Friday for same day despatch. 1-2 day delivery - Not delivered at weekends
UPS - All overseas orders. Price will be calculated at the checkout. The price includes Duty and Taxes.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Age Check - £5.95, Monday - Friday delivery. For age-restricted items (eg knives). Delivery will take 3-4 working days after age verification has been completed. An adult must be present to receive the parcel and ID will need to be shown.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship overseas to the below countries. All shipments are sent via UPS. A tracking number will be sent once the parcel has been despatched. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Where is my order?
If your order was placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) then we will aim to despatch it the same working day.
If your order was placed after 3pm then we'll despatch it the next working day. Once your order has been collected, We will be in touch with your tracking number, allowing you to track your order to your door.
What happens if I am not in to accept delivery (UK)?
Royal Mail will attempt to contact you via text message or email using the details you have provided us. If applicable, you can then choose from one of their additional delivery options to change the date of delivery, arrange an alternate delivery, a collection from a Post Office or leaving in a safe place.
Customs and import fees
All duty and import fees are included in your shipping charge at the checkout. You will not need to make further payments. If UPS request a payment please contact us
Can I Click and Collect from your warehouse?

Disputed delivery
If New Forest Clothing suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 14 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
Items out of stock
We can't always give a date about product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on our product pages, so we can notify you when an item will be back in stock. To use this feature simply select the size you require and a box will appear 'NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS IS AVAILABLE' feature on our product pages (below the item sizes section). This will allow you to enter in your email address or mobile number to be notified as soon as it's available
Age Restricted Items
Your order will be dispatched using an Age Checked delivery service. Upon delivery, the courier will ask to verify your ID to confirm your age. This step is a legal requirement and must be completed before the package can be handed over.
