Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges are typically processed on the same day we receive your returned items.
Returns Policy:
Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all items must be:
- Unworn/unused
- In their original condition
- With their original packaging
Please note that if an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund. All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Return Process (UK Mainland):
We use Royal Mail as our return delivery partner for Mainland UK orders.
Items can be dropped off at a Post Office.
Alternatively, you can arrange a collection from your address via the Royal Mail website.
Overseas Returns:
For international orders, we partner with UPS to handle returns.
How do I exchange an item? (UK orders)

We do not charge subsequent postage to post your exchange to you.
Instant Exchange - We recommend that you opt for an instant exchange. With instant exchange we will send out the exchange item the same day, you will not need to wait until we have received your return before we send your exchange. We will need to enter your card details on the return portal but no payment will be taken from your account. A hold for the full return value will be placed on your account and we only take a payment for the item being returned if your return is not sent back to us within 14 days.
Send my exchange after I return - If you opt for this method your exchange item will be posted out once we have received your return. Please note that if the item requested goes out of stock before we receive your return we will send a refund instead.

International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service for customers outside the UK. If you require a different size, color, or product, you will need to place a new order. Non-UK orders can be returned for a refund. Please note that shipping costs including duties and taxes are non-refundable.

I wish to exchange for an item of different value
Please visit www.newforestclothing.co.uk/returns to process your return. On the portal you will be able to pay the difference if your exchange order is of higher value. If your exchange order is of lower value we will process a refund for the difference once we receive your return.
My item is faulty or damaged, how do I return it?

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to assist you with a return, provided the item is within the warranty period of the manufacturer.
To ensure the safety of our staff, all returned items must be clean and dry. This is in line with our Health and Safety policy. We reserve the right to reject a warranty return if the item is returned soiled or wet.
Who covers the cost of returning my items?
If you require an exchange we will send the new size completely free of any postage charge for UK orders.
For UK orders If you require a refund we will deduct £3 from the original cost of the merchandise to cover the return postage if you have used our pre-paid address label. The remaining balance will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the goods. If you would like store credit to the value of your order there will be no £3 deduction. The cost of overseas returns will depend on the country that it is being sent from.
The original postage charge is only refunded if the product is faulty, or the wrong item was sent.
Non-UK orders can be returned for a refund. Please note that shipping costs including duties and taxes are non-refundable.

What items can I return?
We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you, and you may wish to return or exchange it. As long as items are unworn and in their original condition, you can return them within 28 days of delivery. Please note the following exceptions: socks can only be returned if they remain sealed in their original packaging, and in-ear items cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened.
The returns portal doesn't recognise my order number or email address
Your order number can be found on your email confirmation or on the shipping label on your parcel. It appears at the bottom of the label under “Customer Reference.”
If your order was an exchange, it may include “EXC-” or "E-" before the numbers — this must be entered exactly as shown.
For example, if your original order number was 3552106, your exchange order might be EXC-3552106-1.
Please make sure to use the same email address that you used when placing the order.
