Refund policy

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags may not be accepted.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 28-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or earbuds unless the item is faulty.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select “Faulty Item” so we can review the issue promptly.

Exchanges (UK only)

With our Instant Exchange service, your replacement item will be dispatched the same day, so you won’t need to wait for your original item to arrive back with us before your exchange is sent.

You will be asked to enter your card details in the returns portal; however, no payment will be taken at this stage. A temporary hold for the full order value will be placed on your account.

You will only be charged if the original item is not returned within 14 days.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A £3 return postage deduction applies to UK refunds
  • No £3 deduction applies to UK orders if you choose store credit instead of a refund
  • Return shipping from outside of the UK is deducted from your refund. For costs please visit our Help Centre. Please note that we are unable to refund duties and taxes outside of the EU.

We aim to process refunds the same day your return is received and approved, although during peak periods this may take up to 3 working days. Please also allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

 

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Shipping

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. To make returns easier, New Forest Clothing can provide a prepaid UPS return label. If you choose to use this service, a fee of £10 GBP will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping at your own expense and risk.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We will process your refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will include the price paid for the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase, as required by applicable law. Any additional costs arising from your choice of expedited or premium delivery are non-refundable.

Where a prepaid UPS return label has been used, the £10 GBP return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exemptions

This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to the customer's specifications, or to any other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
