Very quick service as always. The trousers fit really well and after my first time out in them the were really warm against the cold wind. Not worn them in the rain yet so cannot comment on waterproof aspect. My only adverse comment, (hence only 4 stars) was the fact that the cargo pockets and the rear pockets are somewhat narrow.
