We shouldn't expect things to go wrong but they do, it's life! But how your supplier deals with it separates the average from the great. . I ordered a Verney Carron fleece clearly labeled XL but it was way too tight. One quick phone call had it exchanged by sending out a 2XL that very day! And the Post Office return process for the original could not be simpler. My fleece is a super product at a keen price, NFC is clearly a great company to do business with. Tip, 2XL fits perfectly!

Probably one of the best fleeces out there - beautifully made with genuine 480gsm fleece and perfectly lined with an excellent extra layer where it counts! If you need something warm for the winter months, seriously look no further and the price, service and delivery simply can't be beaten.
