The Torrent III retains all of these great features and now made with the RL Quiet-Tex 5K membrane, which is 100% waterproof with a Hydrostatic Head of 10,000mm, and has a 5,000 MVT rated membrane and this takes the Torrent III from being a great all round jacket, to being the best value for money all round jacket available.
