These are good quality trousers but the cut is a little tighter than I expected. If you need more room or are big boned then go for one size bigger. For me though it just about does the job and should keep me dry in wet weather.

Well made, high quality but no cigar this time
I liked the nightjar w/p trouser but for one thing that would make them uncomfortable for me to wear. I originally bought a 32/29 my usual fit but the waist was very snug so exchanged for the next size up 34/28. I found these to fit better and were very comfortable when wearing around the home. I liked that the trousers were lined keeping skin away from the outer fabric and the high back which I’m sure would help with keeping out the cold/wet.
What I didn’t like was the very deep pockets (don’t know if they’re all like this), having short legs also means short arms but what was uncomfortable was the items I put in my pocket (keys, phone as a test) banged against my knees as as I walked which was unfortunate. If not for the pockets I would have kept the trousers, well made good length at 29’’ and comfortable.
As usual purchasing and packaging and delivery was top notch and speedy. Exchange prices was simple and quick and delivery of new item fast!

Perfect - buying another pair in a different colour
Bought these for my Dad as a present- he is hard to buy for, spends all day every day outside and loves good quality outdoor wear.
These trousers fitted the brief perfectly, being both thermal and waterproof means that he doesn’t have to layer and they are not restrictive either
He was extremely pleased with them and will be purchasing another pair in the slightly different colour combination. - love that that there 3 variations of colour to chose from.

Great comfortable trousers, haven’t had them long but so far so good, they kept me dry and warm and sizing was good. The only problem is they are noisy, so bare that in mind if you do shooting etc. As for I do walking and sea fishing, they tick the boxes for me.
