I ordered a size higher as I wanted more room for movement across the shoulders. At 6 feet tall with 23 inch arms from arm pit to wrist the fit was surprisingly perfect!! Good quality collar and strengthened cuffs too. Great buy.

Love this Shirt but bit small
Love this Shirt, good quality material.
But as with the trousers, I found the size comes up far too small. I'm usually a 12 to 14 , so ordered the 14 and found this one is too tight. I will keep and just wear a vest underneath. I will definitely go up 2 sizes next time.
