Great hat for wearing in the rain, I don't bother with an umbrella. Only negative is that the size Small is different/smaller than the same exact hat I bought 3 years ago in Scotland - keeps it snug but really a tad too tight. The first one was pea green and I wanted a second in black to wear with more coats.

This is a very cute rain hat. I’m tempted to purchase another. I have yet to test its ability to shed rain. I measured my head and ordered the corresponding size, but I think a medium might have been a better fit. Exchanging the hat cost too much since I live overseas.
