Good quality product, with all the right features in all the right places. The material stretches, which gives great comfort. They are probably the most comfortable pair of countrywear trousers I have ever owned. Leg length, although ordered short, was perhaps one inich or so too long. But it's a small grumble for a fine product. Pricey though, but the quality is up there with any competitors.

Context: I'm 5' 6" and broad, but not overly fat (or so I think), and engage in a lot of hill walking. The Harehill trousers are a very well made product. The material is strong yet comfortable. They will hug your **** but without restricting the movement of your legs, which is a novelty. The item has all the right pockets in all the right places, and is strengthened where it needs to be. I went for size short which ran about an inch too long, but it's manageable. One note of caution with these trousers - 34" means exactly 34." So many pairs of trousers (the most I would say) state one waist size but are usually at least 2 inches bigger. It's likely a selling tactic. Not so with Harehill. They are exact with their measurements. If only all were so honest. It would be best to get the tailor's tape and check your real waist size before ordering. I didn't, and went for my standard medium 34." Big mistake and gave me a shock when I taped my waist. Had to send the purchase back and order a pair with a bigger waistline (not going to tell you just how much bigger, so stop being nosy). I expect garment quality will be the same, and so look forward to many years of comfortable wear from my Harehill trousers. Price is high, but then this level of quality is worth the price, and I believe that they'll last. Recommended (with sizing checks) - one star dropped due to extra length on legs and confusion over waist sizing.
