The Muflon incorporates Thinsulate insulation and a Deer-Tex membrane making the jacket 100% Waterproof, windproof and breathable. The membrane is 4-way stretchable which brings great flexibility.
Thinsulate™ Insulation is soft, breathable and able to maintain extra warmth even under damp conditions. The jacket is impregnated with a water repellent treatment which is water and dirt-resistant making stains easy to remove. The Muflon jacket can also be washed at 30 degrees without softener.
The Deer-Tex® Performance Shell is laminated to the shell fabric. It is 100% Waterproof, Windproof and Breathable. Technical specifications: Water resistance is up to 10.000mm, Water Vapour permeability is up to 10.000g/m2/24h.

This Deerhunter jacket is top quality.
This Deerhunter jacket is top quality in my opinion. Although I bought it for winter to shoot in I’ve had a good inspection of it and it is absolutely brilliant. It fits well and looks good (according to my wife). The fit is true to size, providing you look at the measurements in inches, 52” (5XL) is normally 3-4XL with other companies.

Outstanding jacket
Initially bought for walking the dogs in bad weather, the sheer amount of pockets is a game changer, hand warmer pockets one with a lens cloth(nice touch).
The rain just sheets off it and the warmth is just right as it breathes really well. Wore it more than my usual winter jackets even when not walking dogs, its that good üëçüëç

The jacket seems really well
The jacket seems really well made, and looks fabulous. I'm 6 feet tall and a 44" chest, and the XL was about the right size (perhaps a bit roomy) so I would probably suggest L, noting that the jacket is so very warm that you won't need lots of layers with it. I've dropped a star because the standard jacket is too short for me. However, I gave it to someone as a gift, and they're delighted with it! If you want to "cover your bum" a little, then I'd recommend the "Long" version. The shooting cartridge holders in the main pockets won't be for everyone (they get in the way a bit). Overall, a very stylish and well made jacket, with more pockets than you'll ever need. Just a bit short in length for me.

A birthday present bought for my girlfriend to stop her complaining about being cold when wildlife spotting.
I would recommend buying a size larger as I did when I got mine.
A good fit, plenty of pockets to put things in and the thermal quality is excellent.
