Versatility is where the Pintail Explorer scores points over the smock, it uses the same great QUIET-TEX fabrics and we have kept the reinforced elbow patched which give it a distinct look. With a waterproof rating of 10,000 H20 and breathability of 5,000 MVT, wired hood with three points of adjustment, reinforced elbows to stop water seepage, zipped pockets to keep valuables safe and radio loop for communication devices. A great lightweight jacket that performs as well as it looks.

This is the perfect jacket to keep packed in your back pack just in case the heavens open up and there’s no cover in sight. Ideal for all activities in the field and a perfect partner for those steady walks and outings into town.
