NFC Rewards FAQ's

HOW DO YOU JOIN THE LOYALTY SCHEME?

Joining is easy. Please click on the green 'NFC Rewards' link at the right of your screen. Please enter your email address and follow the instructions given. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Once you have joined NFC Rewards you can start earning right away. Earn Points for different actions listed above, and they will be automatically added to your account.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

Sign in to your rewards account and convert your points in to a discount code that you can use at the checkout. To check how many points you have available, sign in to the rewards panel by clicking the NFC REWARDS link at the right of the screen and entering your account email address.

If you have enough points to claim a reward, click the 'Ways to redeem' link, and select your reward. If you are logged into your website account, the points will also be available to claim at checkout.

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND

Sign in to the rewards panel by clicking the NFC REWARDS link at the right of the screen and entering your account email address.

Under 'Refer your friends' you will find your own unique link which you can share with your friends and family. They will receive £10 of their first order (over £100) via this link and once they have completed their purchase you will be rewarded with 500 points - worth £5.

I have signed up to NFC Rewards but my 500 points are not available

When first signing up to NFC Rewards, you will receive 500 points - worth £5 off your first order. These points should be immediately available from the dropdown menu at checkout however if they are not, please allow up to 10 minutes for your account to update.

WHEN WILL MY POINTS BE AVAILABLE?

It may take up to 24 hours for eligible purchases or actions to post to your account.

WHAT IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?

If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Member account, you should contact Customer Services at support@newforestclothing.co.uk and provide your name and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered.

DO NFC REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

While your membership will remain open, Points will expire after twelve months if not used.
