As the popularity of online shopping only continues to rise, the sustainability of packaging has been put into question. New Forest Clothing is committed to building a sustainable business for our customers, employees and the planet. That’s why we’re excited to share an update on a new packaging solution we’ve been working on for a while. Over the last month NFC customers will have noticed that we have been moving towards using paper bags and cardboard boxes for all our outbound parcels!
So what will this new packaging do? Constructed from natural wet strength brown paper, impressive strength and reliability are assured. The open mouth top allows for rapid, trouble-free filling for the NFC Team, while the double peel and seal strip ensures easy and secure closure for both outbound packing and can also be re-used for returning unwanted items to us. For larger orders we have opted for cardboard boxes sealed with self-adhesive Kraft Paper Tape, which has a natural rubber adhesive and can be recycled with the box.
